Shipping & Returns
We use USPS and FedEx shipping for all of our online orders.
In-Store pickup is also available for customers who would like to pickup their order at one of our locations. However, in-store pickup orders will only be delivered on Thursdays, unless otherwise specified. If you place your order on a Thursday, your order may not be delivered until the following Thursday. If you have any questions, please feel free to use our Contact Us page, or contact the Internet Department directly.
Please note that if you place your order on the weekend, the USPS and/or FedEx only deliver items on their set business days.
What should you do if you haven’t received your package?
First, please check the status of your package using the tracking number that we sent to you. Your package may still be in transit or waiting to be picked up at the distribution center. If it says it has been delivered, contact the carrier. For USPS, please contact your LOCAL Post Office. For UPS or Fedex, please contact your LOCAL distribution center.
If your problem is still unresolved after contacting the carrier, please contact us and we will do what we can to help you.
Insurance must be purchased at time of purchase.
If you do not purchase insurance and there is a problem with the delivery of your order, OKC Vapes cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items.
OKC Vapes has a limited returns policy. Please see our Warranty Information page for more information about your specific product.
E-Liquid No Return Policy
Due to sanitation and health concerns, e-liquid is non-returnable/non-refundable once it has left the store. However, if WE have made an error, we can, in some instances, replace the e-liquid.
If you have ordered e-liquid online and you received the wrong flavor or the wrong strength, please contact us and we will get the correct liquid to you.
If you have purchased your liquid in the store, please contact the store manager for further information.
