I've been vaping for about 2 months now and decided it was time to take the plunge into the deep waters of vv/vw devices. I read all the reviews I could find on several pv's and I decided on the vamo simply for the fact you can adjust the wattage. I absolutely love the fact that I can set the wattage for a carto that has a 3.0 ohm resistance and later can put a different carto tank on with a different ohm resistance and it automatically adjusts the volts! How cool is that? And for the price, you are really getting wayyyy more than you pay for. I went ahead and got the kit but chose to get the 18350 batteries so I can run them stacked or un stacked....lol there is another selling point I forgot to mention - you can shorten the tube and run a single battery or screw the extender back on and stack the batteries!.....until I decide to get a different apv like provari or caravelle this is what I'll be using...hell it has more functions than a provari anyway (adjustable watts)

Just purchased a kit with the VAMO varible Voltage and Wattage. This is the bomb. Have it set to wattage and it is giving a consistent hit each and everytime. The Price of the kit was excellent and you get all you need to get to vaping right out the door. The Folks at OKC Vapes are AWESOME!!! very helpful and freindly. I fully recommend going here for you furture Vape needs.

I purchased my Vamo last month and it has been working flawlessly. This is my first mod and I am very happy with my purchase.

This works pretty well and gets the job done. I have other products that work better though. The delay when initially pushing the button and when the button is released is a little awkward. I keep it around as a backup or with an extra tank of different flavor around the house. It is a good buy for the price, but for a little more I'd get something with different electronics.

I was looking for a back up for my Provari... after many days of researching many different mods. I decided to go with th Vamo based on variable wattage, price point, over all ease of adjusting settings. This was going to be a back up mind you ...now I use the Vamo in my office and the Provari when I am working in the field or just going out with the wife. It's not fair to compare it to a provari BUT it blows away all of the competition at and above it's price!

After comparing and researching countless mods, VV, VW as well as simple mechanical, I opted for the Vamo. I couldn't be more pleased! Long lasting in 18650 mode, easy to transport in 18350. Functions are simple, even for an old lady like me. Feels very solid, threads are smooth. No battery rattle in either mode. Very highly recommend the Vamo! I got the stainless upgrade for durability, but a J-wrap on chrome would probably work just as well.

I gave this thing less than 5 stars (best) because it came with no instructions and no explanations.
I was ready to send it back because I was certain it was defective. It comes with 3 unlabeled buttons and I had no way of knowing how to even turn it on! But thanks to YouTube I found many, many videos with great tips on how to make this think work. The best tip I learned is how to turn it on. You must press the large button at least 5x to turn it on. I've still not discovered how to tweak all the options (using the little buttons, but YouTube to the rescue!
OKC is a great company and the people who answer the phone are extremely patient and helpful. I know this review is supposed to be about the device, but http://www.okcvapes.com/ is one of the best companies out there and I will deal with them again for sure.

This is my first mod. I use to have an ego variable voltage. I love this thing so much I can't seem to put it down. It's built really well and I love all the features about it! Well worth how much it cost and I think it's a great place for anybody to start with on mods!
